The Casey
In addition to being a beautiful residence, The Casey is also a pioneer of residential high-rises. It is the project of developer Gerding/Edlen, which was the first to design and construct a building earning a platinum rating from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
The Casey is Platinum LEED certified for its energy efficiency and environmentally friendly operation and was the first American high-rise to achieve such a distinction. The building’s first floor features 4,200 square feet of retail space accommodating shops and restaurants. A 24-hour concierge service is available to residents, as is underground parking.
