Originally built in 1923 as the Meier & Frank Warehouse, The Avenue Lofts was renovated in 2004 and is one of several Pearl District condominiums taking up residence in a renovated space. The building’s listing on the National Register of Historic Places gives residents a historic tax benefit as well as the novelty of living in one of Portland’s historic spaces.
